Tranquil Bay Multi-Residential Housing

Deep in the spotted gum forest of Rosedale on the coast of NSW. This early project by Philip Leeson Architects was designed for renowned south coast builder Smith and Primer. The development compromises a pair of mirrored houses that reflect the vernacular of the residential area. The design expresses the architect and builder’s shared love of timber construction in the structure, cladding and general material used throughout the project.
