Benham Apartments Chisholm Multi-Residential Supportive Housing

Philip Leeson Architects led a multidisciplinary team of sub-consultants to master plan, create concepts, develop design documentation and obtain DA for this large-scale multi-residential project.

The project included 22 supportive housing units with specific requirements for various stakeholder groups. The proposed development was adjacent to a shopping centre and residential housing blocks. Therefore the design had to be adapted to maintain privacy and the existing amenity of those sites.
