In association with Peter Freeman, Philip Leeson Architects gave technical and conservation advice on the $2 million restoration works for Canberra’s heritage-listed “town hall”, including the replacement of interior and exterior elements of the building, such as roof tiling, cement-based exterior paint systems, interior and exterior lighting, toilet facilities, curtains, the external terrace and making the building accessible.
