Philip Leeson Architects in conjunction with Rudy Uytenhaak Architects in Amsterdam provided full architectural services for this new building. The Dutch government’s requirement for an environmentally responsive and durable building is manifest in every aspect of this architectural design. The compact, rectangular volume is divided over two floors, with a spacious interior and rational construction.
