Spearritt Callanan Residence
The brief called for seamless additions to a house in the Braddon Heritage Precinct, one of Canberra's earliest suburbs.
The original house was built of red brick from the Yarralumla Brickworks and red terracotta roof tiles. It's Georgian symmetry and prominent portico gives the house a generous appearance that belies the modest proportions.
