General Bridges Residence
Located within the Royal Military College Duntroon, General Bridges Residence had suffered years of unsympathetic modifications and adaptations. The brief called for the restoration of this historic residence to reflect its original finishes and quality whilst making it suitable as a family home. The work included reinstating the finishes in the entry hall and formal rooms, installation of a modern kitchen and replanning of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Curtains, wall papers, lime wash paints, carpets and rugs, and new fire places were included in the selections for the various spaces.
