Proctor Residence
This project involved the total refurbishment of a large yet unremarkable 1960s house. The wide single fronted cream brick and grey tile building occupied a prominent elevated position but was bland and architecturally unremarkable. Formerly tenanted, the building had become run down. The brief called for a complete rejuvenation and extension for re-occupation by its owners.
