By clever manipulation of levels and interior voids the plan arranges all main living rooms with a view of the street and park, and to the central north facing courtyard.
An open rise steel stair gives a sculptural focus and provides a visual link between levels.
The layout incorporates a two storey form at the front facing east across the park with a single storey wing to the rear facing north into the side courtyard. The two storey section contains entry, family room and sitting room at ground level and a guest bedroom bathroom and study on the first floor. The rear section, a few steps up, contains a kitchen / dining room, master bedroom suite, garage and service areas.
